It's Not God's Fault

It’s my own fault for “dwelling “on a problem
And not “running” to God with it
What in the world can I do on my own
To even begin to make the problem quit
God has all the power that is needed
To cause Satan to back off and cease
Why in the world don’t we ask Him to use it
Quit letting the problem steal our peace
We can get on with our day in joy
If we begin it at the onset with prayer
Then in the other hours we are bothered at all
We can cast it all on God’s great care
Fear keeps us from “giving it up”
As if “dwelling” on it causes any solution
Thinking God may not work it out like we want
Keeps us filled with such foolish pollution
God promises to work things out for our good
Only He can see out far enough ahead
To know which way to send an answer
We just have to trust and believe what He said
To trust Him in whatever He decides to do
Can only come from knowing He is living in your heart
So go ahead and trust Him with that problem today
Today is a very good time to start
