God knows me and all my flaws 
Especially those I do not see 
He is so very faithful and loving 
That He points them out to me

One by one He wants them gone 
Replaced with His loving touch divine 
He wants the world’s attention on Him 
Not on these flaws of mine 

Lord help me not to be so stubborn
To delay your removing these flaws 
Don’t let me bring so much attention by struggling
That the removal would over-cloud God’s cause

I know I won’t be flawless
Until in Heaven I stand 
But I want it to be understood by all 
That I’m changed daily by the Master’s hand
