Don’t be anxious, don’t worry or fret
God is still working; He’s not finished yet.
He’s very careful to do things just right 
Time is no bother; He’s up all night.
He works in a way we cannot see how
That’s why we are so anxious, we want it now.
He has His own plans, doesn’t ask our advice
Let Him do it His way, don’t make Him ask twice.
If we could be like Him, do like He does 
We would be more like the Father just like Jesus was.
Everything has a time and a place you know
God works fast and sometimes He is slow
It’s up to Him to send our breakthrough
He is the One that knows what to do.
The next time you are anxious take a little test
Quit your worrying try a little rest  
Give it up to Jesus take time to be still
You will find anxiety doesn’t fit in His will.
