I may be a diamond in the rough 
Or a pearl on the ocean floor
I may be a rose about to bloom
Or a new bird about to soar.
So, Don’t pass me by.

I could be the sun behind the cloud.
Or a rainbow after the rain.
I could  just be the medicine
That will take away the pain.
So, Don’t pass me by .

I may not be what you expect.
Or outwardly look like much.
But if God has placed me in your life
This could be Jesus’ touch. 
So, Don’t pass me by.
