God's Word is very definite and sure 
He says we're His child like a son
He says He will give us good things 
He just wants us to acknowledge Him as "The One"
The One we are willing to serve 
The One we depend on for defense 
The One we know will keep us standing 
When chaos in the world makes no sense 
The One that will give us Daily Bread
The One that is Living Water to drink
The one that is able in every circumstance 
To do exceeding above what our small minds think
The One that was dead and is alive 
The one arisen and intercedes for us 
The One who wants us to love Him so 
That only in Him will we trust 
The one we will claim as a Father 
What He says we will rise up and do 
The one that we will look for to return 
For He has promised to return for us, too
God says you can come to Him 
In everything, whether in need or want 
You have to trust Him for the answer 
For either you believe Him or you don't
